Vive Kids Registration

Our Vive Kids children's ministry serves kids of various ages and grade levels: Nursery (age 0-2), Preschool (age 3-4), Lower Elementary (K-2nd grade) and Upper Elementary (3rd-5th grade). Please register your child(ren) for Vive Kids by completing this form in order to check in.

Please note: This form only needs to be completed ONCE. The next time you visit Vive, you can simply check in your child(ren) at the check-in kiosk in the lobby or outside under the black tent. No need to fill out this form each time you visit.
